Dis-Chem Pharmacies’ in Midrand has an opportunity available for a Masterdata Administrator to join the team. The main purpose of this role will be to ensure accuracy of articles and CJS master data management. The role will be also responsible to ensure integrity and consistency of pricing in masterdata as well as extending to third party ordering system

Essential:

  • Grade 12 / Matric
  • Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience.
  • Experience in SAP ERP Masterdata Management

Advantageous:

  • Supply Chain or Retail Management certificate
  • Experience in stock master management.

Job Specification…

  • Ensure accuracy of master data.
  • Monitor, maintain and update the pricing data for CJS, vendors, Dis-Chem Direct and Oncology (O-BMC) on SAP.
  • Oversee that daily price files are maintained.
  • Manage all the discrepancies that appear with regards to pricing, promotions.
  • Ensure that CJS files are loaded timeously before promotions
  • Assist in creating and maintaining reliable master data from Dis-Chem new article listing.
  • Link articles for different customer groups
  • Link articles for stores – CJS, Dis-Chem direct and Oncology.
  • Provide input and feedback on policies and suggest improvements to Management.
  • Participate in projects and initiatives across multiple functional areas.
  • Assist in processing request for master data listing changes.
  • Analyse stock master performance indicators such as volume sales and competitor price reports.
  • Provide price change recommendations accordingly.
  • Process sales orders for CJS customers.
  • Resolve Heat call within agreed SLA
  • Assist with internal customer queries.
  • Collaborate with Business Units to resolve master data issues.
  • Process vendor pricing claims for CJS, Dis-Chem Direct and Oncology.
  • Follow project plans on big changes needed.
  • Compile reports for Senior Management as required.
  • Escalate unresolved heat call to management.
  • Support the CJS Department
  • Assist in developing, drafting and implementing continuous improvement plans and best practice in stock master file management within CJS.
  • Be involved in the formulation of annual continuous improvements plans for the stock master file management process and team.
  • Assist in the innovation of new and existing processes and tactical interventions with industry stakeholders.
